By registering an account, accessing, or using the v4r platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
The v4r platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this service, you confirm you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter this binding agreement.
V4r reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Continued use after such changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
Registration Requirements
To fully use the v4r platform services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly forbidden and may result in suspension of all related accounts.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful
- Full name, date of birth, and valid contact details required
- Identity verification may be required at any time
- Only one account is allowed per individual
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and all activities under your account. v4r is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized third-party access to your account.
- Do not share your login information with anyone
- Use a strong and unique password
- Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- Log out from shared devices after each session
3. User Responsibilities and Prohibitions
Permitted Usage
You agree to use the v4r platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. All activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are fully responsible for ensuring their use of the platform is legal in their local jurisdiction.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on the v4r platform and may lead to account closure and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal betting activities
- Attempting to hack, intrude, or disrupt the platform’s security systems
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party
- Using the platform for money laundering or any criminal activities
- Registering with false information or using someone else’s identity
- Abusing promotions or bonuses dishonestly
4. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on the v4r platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits via supported methods such as Touch 'n Go, FPX, and local bank transfers will be credited after successful confirmation. v4r does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered under the same account holder’s name. v4r may request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method and may take up to three working days in certain cases.
All winnings are subject to final review by the v4r team before withdrawals are approved. v4r reserves the right to withhold processing if fraud or terms violations are suspected.

5. Account Suspension, Closure and Intellectual Property
Suspension and Closure Policy
V4r reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time without prior notice if terms are violated, suspicious activities arise, or at the platform’s sole discretion. In cases of suspension due to fraud or serious misconduct, account balances may be forfeited.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts can do so by contacting our support team. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal after all verifications are completed, provided there are no active bets or outstanding issues.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content, design, logos, text, graphics, software, and other elements on the v4r platform are the exclusive property of v4r or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit such content without prior written consent.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. v4r is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users access such links at their own risk.
6. Liability Limits, Terms Changes, and Applicable Law
Platform Liability Limits
The v4r platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. v4r does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation at all times. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or business interruption.
Changes to These Terms

Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through appropriate channels under Malaysian jurisdiction. By using the v4r platform, you agree to submit exclusively to the Malaysian courts for any related legal actions.
